How Do I Schedule With You?
The first step is to call me at (214) 929-1713 or email me at laila@counselingwithlaila.com
We will either chat briefly at that time or schedule a brief consultation.

The purpose of an initial phone consultation is to decide if we want to work together. If it seems like a good fit, I will send you some basic paperwork to review and return at our first in-person meeting (or via email if we are meeting by phone or video only).
How Long Are Sessions, And How Do I Pay You?
50-minute or 80-minute sessions are available.

I collect payment at the start of each session and accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and HSA and FSA cards.
Session Fees
Individual:
50-minute individual session: $150
80-minute individual session: $190
Couple:
50-minute couple session: $175
80-minute couple session: $225

Do You Take My Insurance?
I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for insurance companies and plans. This means I can provide you with documentation to forward to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you directly for part of the cost of our sessions.

The best way to verify this is to call your insurance company directly. When you call them, let them know that you are calling about “out-of-network outpatient behavioral health.”
Cancelation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Your space is reserved for you only. Otherwise, you will be charged $75 for the session.
